Seconds2real

Seconds2Real is a co-operative of eleven passionate Austrian and German street photographers. It was founded by Augsburg photographer Ronny Künniger 2007. The aim of Seconds2Real is to promote Street Photography from Austria and Germany with joint projects such as publications and exhibitions as well as with their website.

Unlike most photographic online communities, Seconds2Real is a close family of like-minded individuals. They know one another in person and frequently meet in changing cities. They greatly value the personal relationships between our members. They like watching people. They like photographing people on the streets. They like colour and they like black&white. they like film and they like digital. Most of all they like to be surprised by the marvels of daily life.

1000 Words is an online magazine dedicated to highlighting the best contemporary fine art photography in the UK, and beyond. It encourages critical awareness with photography through engaging articles from widely published arts writers across the world. Southport Waterfront Art Project

Next to the Ramada Hotel on Southports Promenade is a glass building which has remained empty for some time due to the economic downturn. This space has become a major exhibition space for the Arts in Southport. The 1500 square metre space is used for presentation of Art exhibitions. This includes Artists, Photographers, Video Makers, Musicians and Performance artists. With rolling exhibition theirs always something good to catch your eye, this is the only non member ART gallery that you can just contact and put up your own work. The diversity or work is amazing and it's great to meet others of all ages to see what they've been up to.
